Digital Inspection

Some of my friends started a company called Argo Global that manufactures these Fabric Inspection machines, that are used in modern day Yarn mills (textile). These fabrics bundles are passed through a glass frame that is well lit, then an inspector identifies the mistakes or issues and marks it on a paper with reference to the meter reading (measure the meter rolled out from the bundle).

We converted the entry job of the inspector by putting a digital touch screen for easy entry, the meter reading is auto-read from an optical meter. Therefore reducing the data entry and consistency times. We also worked on Image processing based auto-detection tool but we put that on hold as data collection was an issue.
